As Nethru is on vacation Azreal ,bramos ,I and more members of VII had discussion and tried to push merge as it is in interest of both guilds.

We will use UND/Und abro after merge and name The Undead .
Ranks will stay same as in UND with addition of Vampires sects .
We will use guild stone of VII as Nethru is away .It is up to him to take finall desission about structure,title of Leaders ect ..

Feel free to join UND and have fun and respect to new mates.
Follow same rules like you are in undead and follow orders given by Azreal or any high ranked members of merged guild.

I'd prefer to keep the guild stone in the Undead Keep as that is our main stronghold and has our ceremonial chambers. As for ranks etc.. I'm still going to keep it very basic for undead members. Unborn, Full Members, Archon, Ancients. RP what you want as far as Undead types go.

For Azreal's Vampire sects we can work out whatever needs to be worked out.

Everyone in Undead must become some form of undead except for Slaves which may remain mortal. There may be the rare exception for other types of creatures like werewolves etc...
