A Mission of Training

With each passing day more Undead are becoming unborn to the Guardian’s overwhelming will, and his army grows larger. Though the Guardian can grant us un-ending life and great power, it is up to the user to learn to use and control these gifts.

Lead by Raith, the Unborns Vile Wolf, Knox Eternal, and Krell Decapitator set off for the dungeon Despise for a mission of training. The group progressed easily through the first few rooms and hallways. They worked on basic instructions of healing one another in the midst of combat. The mage Vile Wolf practiced summoning blade spirits and energy vortexes, and combining offensive spells for a more devastating effect.

Wanting to see what they were capable of, Raith led the team down further into the cave. The continued to slay its weaker inhabitants, until they came across the masters of these caves, the Ogre Lords. The battle against the brutes raged for several moments, but the Undead emerged victoriously. Two of the giants were slain, and the warriors were much stronger for it. With the mission completed, they retraced their steps back out of the pit.

Each of the Unborn, Vile Wolf, Knox Eternal, and Krell Decapitator, are proving their worth to the Guardian. With more training and experience they will make excellent additions to our fighting force.
