| Good Soulssss,
Ajar Deathstrike sshall be awake for thiss.
OOC: Was a catskills member from the early days (GM GOAT decorating necropolis, Necro Sanct was a bone warrior and introduced me to UD) and was closely involved with Undead, often as a leader throughout my 5+ OSI years. I'll be a casual player, so any leadership decisions or caste/classes you folks feel are proper, I will be glad to support. I am used to the old school caste and rank system, so forgive me if I have to play catch up.
I will email Darkness and see if he can stop into IPY 3 as well.

| *roars* My darkened kin! I wallow in constant torment yearning to return from my abyssal prison. To return to the physical realm in the name of the darkfatherrrr, snatching the morrrtals so I may feast upon theirrr flesh and souls. Eons seemed to have passed in my stasis of suffering and I beckon to be summoned. Lord Kraton I beg you to bring me forrrth once more unto this worrrld we await. I lust to writhe in the celebration of murder and the memories of the vempyrrre Krell, taker of skulls, and the blood we spilled in times passed pleases me deeply. Oh, such woes, such sweet memories haunt me now as I await the darkfatherrrr to call me from this realm immaterial, for Lord Kraton to release me again. Lusting to be bathed in the blood of a child, to quench my maw with shreds of virgin flesh. To hunt, to feast, to devour life pound by pound and drop by drop. I wish to rrrelease my suffering upon this world.
All Hail Lord Kraton All hail darkfatherrrr *roars*
Blood is power A celebration of flesh Await for my arrival Kraton
The howls for Gore Abraxus plague my mind as I am forced to bid my time. I await for you my kin

| I have heard the faint whispers through the graves, a pull toward a greater evil. Its calling me to battle once again. Its time my brothers for the dead to rise up and walk the world once again. The time is coming to take our rightful place in the rule and destruction of the living. Rest for now for the battle is near. |

| *At the bottom of a deep, unmarked crypt a mist begins to pool along the floor. From this pool a form begins to rise. It's head and arms take shape. From this form, two red points of light begin to glow. It's mouth opens in a silent scream as the form tries to take step. The form then collapses to the floor. The mist then swirls once more, then fades back into the cracks in the stone. A rusty spear is leaning against the crypt wall.*

| Gooood... The thought of how long this start up is taking seems to be quite frustrating but it seems we have quite a committed group. I will keep on my hunt for fresh blood, as always, you guys just keep your passion for the game in-tact.
With the combination of old blood, new members and the crew we have from IPY 2 this should be a really strong start up for the undead. I am anticipating good numbers however I wont say how many in case my calculations are off but you can trust me when I say we have good numbers, impressive numbers even.
Until we launch we will just have to keep in touch through this forum and on Skype, which seems to be my choice of communication at the moment. However I will be getting a ventrillo server back up and running when we start touching ground on the servers of IPY 3.
Until then, | |

| Update.
Both Bloodclan and Shadowclan may be populating the yew orc fort . I am asking shadowclan if they will be either making a branch, and if they would mind doing a joint effort with Bloodclan as the Bloodclan has already persuaded GMs to let them use the orc fort in yew and make it a count free zone. Bloodclan has stated on the record, since they got Az to do all of the below, that they would welcome SC as an ally and everyone use the Orc fort. Sounds great to me and likely to SC as well. Bloodclan also invited deddies along on raids etc.
Update as follows:
The Orc Fort:
Az is wanting to make the fort a "limited housing area". What that means is making the fort an owned building, having an owner, co-owner, friends etc etc. There would be limited storage in the fort and the clan would have the ability to decorate the fort as they wish. For obvious reasons, no banning or kicking from the fort. I haven't confirmed if instant logging out will be added, but I would assume no. I requested a 50 tile radius in all directions from the fort be made a "no count zone" or perma grey area, as well as having a permanent red healer spawn along the outskirts. Az agreed to this.
The stat loss penalties have been lowered from 5-15% to 1.75-3%.
Skill gain has been increased. Instead of taking 1-2 months for a finished character, it should only take 2-3 weeks. This doesn't apply to crafters.

| That sounds great. I remember on Siege UND owned the heart clearing east of the orc fort because the orcs usually owned buildings north of it. maybe can try to get setup in the same area. | |

| Hello, never actually had a chance to join the guild. Played a druid civilian type in Yew, helping out the Yew Militia where he could. But as a person who led an "evil" organization for 10 years, I really miss the darker sort of RP. Villains, after all, make the story. Britannia would be boring without strife:)
Here are my character ideas:
Thule Red-Scourge
Marauders and bandits have always been a problem but few matched the brutality of Thule Red-Scourge. In ancient times, his clan of brigands would ambush the unwary and even lay siege upon the settlements of Minoc and Yew. Barbarians like Thule would not last; the progress of civilization would eventually surpass their efforts of plunder and they would be left without legacy in modern Sosaria. The name of Thule Red-Scourge, like so many other warlords, would be lost to history save that of a few obscure references but in his own time, his name was tied to atrocities of legendary scale.
From a mountain stronghold, his kin would swarm adorned in iron and bone. From a successful raid on several Yew farms, he would build a pyramid of severed human heads. His shamans warned of threats to his rule and he soon adopted the demonic rituals of the nearby orcish clans. The warmonger became obsessed with sacrifices, hoping that through appeasement of dark forces, his clan would be powerful enough to claim the civilized lands.
It would not last.
Knights would come, either truly seeking justice or the great bounty on Thules head. His clan would fall, ill prepared as they were for trained military units. The warlord would crush many an attacker and his mighty war-mace would drink deep of their blood. An arrow pierced the flesh of his neck and he fell in battle. His mountain fort would be his tomb; a tomb that the flow of time would one day bury.
There, he remains. Festering in quiet rage as the world moves on. Waiting to be returned.
Crispin Moore:
Crispin was a dull and thoroughly boring man. He was a simple blacksmith and craftsman and didn't put much thought into the world beyond his work. He was married, surprisingly enough, but the couple were without children. The wife was young and the marriage may have been simply one of convenience and family pressure.
Crispin, however, was married to his work. In sordid details that need not be further elaborated, his wife had an affair with a traveling bard. Although Crispin would likely not care if she ran off, she felt compelled to see to his death first. A few nightshades in his stew and he was dead. By the time the local guard became curious, a week had passed and the murderess had long since fled.
What a waste, yes? He was a joyless slave to his crafts and it shouldn't be hard, with the right puppet strings, to bind him. Less that efficient, if dull mind, be consumed completely by the worms.
Also had an idea for a "plot" character, the idea was to try and spread a plague into you by a) taming lots and lots of rats and releasing them all over the place and b) poisoning food items and leaving them everywhere.

Any other plans? I know they suggested another shard on the website, hadn't been there before. Not sure if it is new or old.

Any other plans? I know they suggested another shard on the website, hadn't been there before. Not sure if it is new or old. its an old shard thats been running for 5-6 years. Everyone has a castle and has exploited the crap out of afk fishing for MIBs, and become filthy rich. It's not exactly a level playing field, and real estate is pricy, often with the same 20-30 people owning most of the larger housing. To be honest, its got a few active people but you pretty much have to arrange pvp to have any sort of showdown. I had my stint there, have a couple houses and then some, but it just doesnt seem rewarding.
