IPY3 scrapped- Now we are waiting on UO An Corp (IPY sister shard)

Since ipy 3 was scrapped the week of it's launch, the staff members have obtained permissions to launch a sister shard with the same code. It looks to be within a month of release but I would anticipate it taking a bit longer as it is a first time launch.

They obviously are just getting on their feet, so they'll need time for a fancy website and hype factor, but I think a solid percentage of those who were excited for IPY3 will give this shard a shot.
