What do you want to see in a UO server?

For those that don't know I and weaver (Former staff/developers of Angel Island) have been heading up an effort to build a new free UO shard ( uosaviour.net) based around many of the ideals of siege such as accountability and reputation, but also have been trying to combat much of the new age leet sync dump organized pvp. We really want to promote more chaotic and disorganized pvp consisting of many template types instead of just sync dumping mages. This stance has of course made us unpopular with many of the current age pvpers, and I find ourselves really embracing the rp pvpers much more.

For this reason I'm asking many of the major RP guilds what they actually are looking for regarding a UO server. I'd love nothing more than to see a huge roleplayer community bloom on Saviour with Orc, UND, Yew, and many other guilds long past. So if you have any feedback please do share it.

I am still playing DF so do not have time to follow what you guys doing .
